Sarah began her career working for Maureen Hughes Casting moving from Casting Assistant to Associate Casting Director. In 2016, she began working as an independent Casting Director with experience in casting across theatre, television and film. From 2019 to 2023, she was Casting Director at the Abbey Theatre, Ireland’s National Theatre. Recently, she has also begun co-casting with Áine O’Sullivan. She is currently working in Dublin, Ireland on a number of projects in different media.
